Lathe Shafts 36" to 72"
36" long shaft 2 - 7/16" dia., single end left hand for wheel lathe. For split double lathes,
42" long shaft 2-716" dia .,4" of 2" area and 1¼" end.
60" long Double end shaft are 2-7/16" dia, ends are 1¼" dia. and 8 ½" long with 4" of 6 pitch square thread. Ends are removable with taper and 1" dia. thread. Ends may be replaced without removing shaft from lathe.

Tapered end shaft stubs 1 - 1/4" diameter, 11" long, 6 pitch square threads 4" long to fit nut. Tapered one end 2" long, with 1" diameter thread to fit shaft Right or Left hand thread.
Tapered Screw Points
Tapered from 1" to 1/8" in 21/4" of length 12 threads per inch ( a deeper thread for greater holding power). It has a 5/8", 11 thread end to fit shaft.

Long - life tough polyurethane covers. Snap - on 2" hex nuts cover shaft and nut for safety and protection of shaft end. Long covers nut and 3" of extended shaft.

Covers shaft 9” from machine frame to 13 – ½” Rugged, simple adjustment, and all steel. Complete with all necessary parts for quick installation. Companion to our safety nut Covers. DSH# approved.
Spacers
Spacers are 1 - 1/4" I.D. and 1 - 3/4" O.D. Faced both ends parallel and reamed to size, 1/2" long to 3" long in 1/2" increments, plus 4" and 5" long spacers.
